I have not completed the online check-in
Three days prior to your arrival, we send an invitation to check in online. Please check your email inbox for a message from hello@attstays.com. If you booked your stay through a third party, such as Booking.com, Expedia, or Agoda, the invitation may have been sent by them.
I have not received the online check-in invitation
If you haven’t received the invitation, please click here to find your reservation using your booking number.
I am unable to complete the online check-in process
If you cannot find your reservation or are unable to check in, please provide us with your email address and call us at +47 90 48 14 05 to inform us of your arrival.
I have checked in, but I do not have the code to enter
The building access code is displayed in your Guest App, in the Help Center section under Building Access Code.
I am visiting someone staying at the property
Please contact the person you are visiting directly so they can come down and let you in.
